Changing or Canceling an Order
|
|
You have the option of clearing out your basket and/or changing billing and
shipping information in the My Basket section of the Grand
Wailea Resort Online Shops. You may cancel an accepted order by simply emailing
your cancellation request to:
retail@grandwailea.com. You will receive confirmation of the
cancellation within 72 hours of submission. If the product has been shipped
prior to the cancellation request, all charges will remain applicable.

Changing an Email address or password
|
|
To change your email address or password, simply log into your account and edit
your information from the My Account section.
|
|
|
Delays
|
|
If an item is out of stock, Grand Wailea Resort Online Shops will notify
you via email of the expected length of delay. You have the option to change or
cancel the order at that time by emailing the request to:

Exchange & Refund Policy
|
|
You may receive a refund or product exchange if a product is returned, postage
prepaid, in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 14 days of
receipt.

For your protection, please use FedEx or Insured ExpressMail for shipment,
signature required, along with a copy of the original receipt accompanied. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the product
arrived damaged or an error occurred in the distribution of goods. COD
deliveries will not be accepted. Please allow 7 days after Grand Wailea
Resort Online Shops has received the merchandise to process your refund.
Returned packages must be insured for the full retail value of the products.
Packages not insured will not be accepted upon receipt by the Grand Wailea Resort.

Order Policy

Placing an order, acknowledgment of the order by the automated system,
or assignment of a customer or order number does not constitute acceptance
of the order. The order is not deemed accepted until Grand Wailea Resort
Online Shops processes the request and only if in accordance with the
latest applicable pricing and specifications. Orders will be confirmed
by email within 72 hours of submission.

Shipping Policy
|
Grand Wailea Resort Online Store ships product via FedEx.
No shipments will be sent to a post office box.
No shipments will be sent COD.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
You will receive a shipment tracking number with each email confirmation
message distributed at the time of shipment.
You may track your package by entering http://www.fedex.com
on your browser, or by phoning FedEx at 1-800-463-3339
If you do not select the correct shipping amount at time of checkout,
your shipping cost will be adjusted before your order is shipped. If
this occurs, you will be notified at the time of shipping.

International:
Add $29.00 - Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

The billing address must match the shipping address for all international
orders.

Tax
|

Your merchandise will not incur sales tax. Please note that all
purchases shipped within the state of Hawaii will incur a General
Excise Tax of 4.166%.
